  1. I think you should see a doctor. While it's not unusual for an adolescent to pass out if they're sick or overheated or exercising really hard, it's not normal to have it happen frequently. There could be a problem with your blood sugar levels.  It also sounds as though you may not be eating enough, and I wonder if this might be a symptom of an eating disorder.  Not having an appetite can have many different causes, both physical and psychological.  You should definitely have this checked out.  It's probably nothing serious, but just make sure, put your mind at ease, and find out how to prevent it from happening again.

  2. Sit down.

  3. drink orange juice or Gatorade pretty much any drink that has electrolytes

    :]

  4. maybe you can eat energy bars.... but best thing to do is to go 2 a doctor,    someone who can give u a well balanced diet or something... why were u barely eating?

  5. I only felt like I was going to pass out twice, once from high fever, and the other time from sitting in the sun too long.

I used to get dizzy from low blood sugar (i think).  Best solution to that was to eat banana or a muesli bar.  Something that combines high GI and low GI.

  6. well i am a person who has a heart problem and ''simple fainting'' so please take my advice

    1.) get a wet cloth

2.) get gatorade, vitamin water, powerade either or

3.) lay down w/ your feet under pillows and put the cloth on your wrist or back of your neck

4.) close your eyes and rest

  7. low blood sugar maybe?

not enough iron in your diet?

    a blood test couldn't hurt
