this boy that ive fallen for has always been talking to this popular girl and then when i said hi to him he ignored me :'(

ive been upset oover it for a yr and i just dont get why boys like her so much.

she probably does it like everyday and i just feel bad because boys dont pay attention to me and school.

idk wat it is please someone help!

if he goes for 's***s' than he just uses them. hes using them because he knows that he could get it from them, and not a sensible girl like you, its not that he loves them. Dont worry your better off without people like that:)

how old are you guys do this when young and foolish but come 18 they realise personality can make your heart flutter alot more than a good b***s and bum secondly the guys hu do fall for mindless S****y girls are proberly just as bad as the girls mindless stupid and proberly bad companions patience is all i can suggest. this is coming from a guy with alot of mates who were like this and others not.

Guys can be very shallow. Not all of them are, but there are definitely quite a few. Guys like the "popular" girls because they feel that by dating them they can:

-get more popular themselves

-have a so-called "pretty" girlfriend, which will therefore make THEM appear to be attractive too

-get into their pants more easily

Guys like girls who are easy. A girl who will drop everything to make out or go even further is a shallow guy's dream. But just remember - not every guy is like that. Find the right one: he's out there. :)

Guys like S****y girls for their s*x appeal but when they mature they will realise they want a girl all to themselves that no one else can share. So just hang in there because there will be a decent guy for you

hi, boys are very strange most of them go for those type of girls because they know that there easy to get into bed with thats why they are so popular but when it comes to relationships they dont want a girl like that they want someone who is trusting and not a s**t right now i think he is thinking with his willy and not his head, give it time and you will see i know as i have tried to be the s**t to try and get a boy i like and it didnt work i learned my lesson lol.

I'm going to assume you're either in middle or high school; it doesn't make much difference either way (though high school you have less time to wait until the wonders of college.) She is just like a "queen bee" and all boys see is her outer beauty and such. Once you get through to college, the 'popularity' thing won't matter, and what will matter is individuality, and then you'll be able to net yourself a nice man who sees you for you, and likes what he sees. Just hang in there, and be yourself, stay true to yourself, and I wish you luck!

so naturally any girl that reminds them of s*x, or makes them feel they mgiht have s*x with her (even if neither of them are aware of it), will be liked by guys.

doesn't mean they'll respect her though.

Try being more outgoing, any guy who cannot look beyond appareance isnt worth bothering with anyways. Try to feel safe and quietly confident, no one likes a person who seems ashamed to be themselves. Good luck.

i think you just need to find a boy that actually respects women, the media has exploded women like anyone can do anything to them. most of the girls in high school and junior high alike try to be like that because they get more attention from guys. and most people that try to get attention from boys have deeper emotional problems. they have low self esteem so they just need attention from boys to feel like they are important. don't even worry about that, everyone finds the perfect guy, and you'd be surprised that the guy sitting next to you in homeroom that may look a little geeky or weird, but if you get to know him, you will see that he is really nice and loyal. just be open minded about guys. don't worry.. have fun!

Oh, quit talking like that. Men HATE it when women feel the need to degrade and bring down other women because of their own insecurity. We don't want to hear why we *shouldn't* be interested in other women, we want to know why we *should* be interested in you.

So stop thinking about the other woman. Stop feeling the need to vilify her. Just because she's popular and the guy you're attracted to talks to her, doesn't mean she's going out and enjoying daily gang bangs with a dozen guys (aka, is a s**t).

Focus on *yourself* - who you are, what your qualities are, what you need to work on, and whether you're truly even compatible with the guy you're interested in. After all, if he won't even say hello to you, is he really - honestly, now - that great a guy in the first place?

She may not be a ho either.Some guys are attracted to certain types of girls ,there will eventually be guys who are attracted to you,HOWEVER if you are heavy,start eating right and working out.Don't complain if guys do not find you attractive if you are as wide as you are tall hon.You won't find too many guys who are sexually attracted to that body type.It doesn't mean they are shallow,it is just their preference.Also.some guys are just out for s*x,why would you want one of them for?
