I feel like my friend doesn't like me anymore?

i mean i feel like she doesn't get the idea that we have older friend and the she just needs to move on and adjust that next year when we're Freshmen and Amanda's a Sophomore that we ain't be any of the same classes that she'll probably forget about us when she gets her license and stuff.

So what can i do to make her forget about Amanda and stuff cause trust she's making me feel like a piece of c**p that just got thrown and is now is our local river?

I don't even understand your question.  Who is Amanda?  Which friend do you think doesn't like you any more?  I think it sounds like you're a 9th grader who has another 9th grader friend and a 10 grade friend, and the two of them are getting closer - and you are jealous.  

It happens.  Stay friends with them both, don't try to split them up, and develop some outside interests.  Besides, people have friends in all grades in high school.  Maybe the freshmen aren't hanging with the seniors, but freshmen and sophomores definitely have friendships.  Stop freaking out, learn how to write a coherent sentence, and chill.
