I don't want to go to the doctors over it so what else could I do? when I swallow it feels tight. I'm breathing fine or else I'd go to the doctors. its been feeling like this for a few days. I definetly don't have a cold though. and I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary.

  1. Difficulty swallowing can indicate a variety of throat and tonsil related infections.

These infections can become very serious.

    I would call your doctor.

  2. I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings however you really should see a doctor.. There are many possibilities to this feeling in your throat and one of those is infection in the glands, the cause of that feeling in me was cancer.... Are you having any other symptoms? That could also tell whether or not the issue is really serious.. I would suggest that you go to a physician. You may want to try taking an advil or some type of anti-inflammatory.. see if it helps.. Warm tea may help as well.. Take care of your health.. It is very important..

  3. you might have allergies. what foods do you like the most? they are probably the ones that cause it. usually it is dairy and wheat, and or nuts. try eliminating these from your diet. see if you feel better after 4 days then eliminate other foods one by one. eat chicken, it does not cause allergies
