I live with my dad and I have two dogs one is mine when i moved in and the other one is my brothers. My brothers dog is a Chihuahua and well the landlord is like "ok you can keep the Chihuahua but not the big dog" well I had my dog (husky terrier) for like 5 years now. I love her to death and idk if my aunt will take her. I am like totally sad bout this, how did u or would u deal with this? I'm 14 and obviously cant move. And my mom is not an option. Argh life can really suck sometimes..

  1. i believe to ask a friend to hold on to it when the landlord comes or you could beg your aunt to take it so that way you can see it

  2. Ask around, perhaps someone that lives near bye will take the dog in!  I would under those circumstances. That way you could visit and walk it when ever you liked!

  3. I would see if you could beg the landlord to keep him. He is part of the family! If not, you can see if your aunt will take him in. If not that, check and see if any other family members will take him. :]] Hope it all works out. <33

  4. i cant really help you I say just keep it anyway & when the landlord comes just take it to the park

  5. Im no expert so please forgive me, but I would try to work something out with the landlord. I feel so bad for you dogs are a part of the family and no one should ever take that away from you. : (

  6. plead with your landlord. tell him if the dog ever does anything bad you will personally pay to replace what needs fixed. show him how nice your dog is. if thats not an option, i'm really sorry, but if your aunt can't take her ask a neighbor or close friend. i know whats its like losing a pet by giving it away or selling it. my dog rascal was prtecting our house and didn't know this guy who was in our yard (the guy checking our water or something) the guy reached out to shake my moms hand and our dog bit him. we had to sell him because our insurance would only pay for the guys medical bill if we got rid of him, and if we didn't they would drop us. 1 year later we tried to buy him back but the new owner wouldn't let us have him. it's hard, but if you know the person you give her to, it won't be so hard because you can still see her.
