I feel like someone has their hand around my neck?

i dont really know if this is a woman issue but i am a woman. the the last 3 days i have been feeling this very annoying pressure on my lower middle throat. it feels like someone has there hand around my neck. its really annoying. could it be allergies, i have been feeling the pressure in the back of my mouth too like right close to where my throat begins. i'm 20, so i dont know if that matters. just wondering what others thought

I would say for you to go to the doctor. It could be any number of things.

Visit your doctor.  It could be a lot of things, like post-nasal drip (thus it could be allergies). Or perhaps your thyroid.   What you describe sounds a little high for your thyroid, though.
