For some reason, every time I take my contacts out I feel like there is something in my eye.

But when I put my contact back in, it feels better.

Why is this happening?

How can I make it stop?

  1. it's because of wearing your contacts excessively rest your eyes, wear your glasses and/or just don't wear em for a while. And make sure you have the latest gas absorbent lenses. Wear sunglasses/driving glasses so your lenses won't get dirty.. eat bananas and some  fish. :) take ur vitamins. you have irritated your eyes my friend it goes away. And start confessing that you DO NOT have an eye/lens problem every time when you put them on.

  2. It won't stop.  I wear contacts and that just how it is going to feel.  Your eye is not accustomed to being touched so much so therefore it feels irritated when you touch it and it causes that feeling.
