I don't mean over time, I mean like, throughout the day.
I am skinny, I know I am. I'm 5'3", girl, 120 lbs., and most of the weight is in my thighs and butt, so yes..my torso is skinny.
I'll wake up in the morning, and I'll be skinny, and my stomach will be relatively flat.
But..over the day, if I eat anything more that like, a sandwich and maybe a small snack, I feel like I get..chubbier.
I'm not just talking about my stomach swelling up a little (thats normal when people eat..) I mean, I feel like I developed a new layer of flab, and I can poke, and grab where I couldn't before..you know what I'm saying? haha..
I just sort of, gain weight it seems, and over the day it just gets worse.
I guess it could be bloating..but does this sound like bloating to you?
I'm lactose intolerant by the way, and yes..I eat lactose, but that usually just screws up my, um, you know, digestive track..can it cause this bloating/chubby feeling too?
Oh, and when I wake up in the morning, I'm skinny again.
