I feel pain on playing ps2 for more than 1/2 hour?

this is happening from 2/3 times i am not a regular player.only twice a week.and that also for 1 hour and as far away from the tv screen as possible.when i stop playing immediately the pain vanishes.

What kind've pain? sometimes when i play 360 for insane amounts of time (6 to 8 hours) i get headaches that make me feel all dizzy and disoriented. other times my eyes will get bloodshot and force me to stop playing. it's odd for it to happen when only playing a 1/2 hour though. Maybe you need glasses? i really have no idea.

your tensing up when you play your games. kinda like cramping. once you stop your body relaxes and it feels better. try relaxing when you play your ps2 games.
