This question seriously makes me sound 12 or something goofy. But, so I have this amazing crush who stares at me all the time. To make a long story short, I messaged him on Facebook with a simple "Hey, I remember you..how have you been?" and asked for a friend request. I was happy a few days later he accepted my request but didn't reply to my message. I changed my status to "going to go mudding!!!" yesterday and just now found he added a new application a few hrs after I put that status, 'what kind of truck are you.?' Of course I would think nothing of it if he does apps all the time but he has had Facebook for a long time and this is his very first application, ever. I just thought it was a little ironic or something. Do you think it is more than coincidence? The fact he put that application right after I changed my status to that? What do you think? If you think that it is more than a coicidence..why would he put that on there? Thanks

  1. Facebook is not a good tool for communication.

Some people don't express very well through facebook, partly because they feel unobliged to read or reply to messages, or maybe its just 'not their style' to reply so earnestly the first time someone asks them a question.

I'd suppose it's just a mere coincidance, but even if its not, don't take things the wrong way either.

  2. Sometimes technology facilitates communication and sometimes it really screws it up.  If you're concerned about something just go ask him about it, or totally forget about it.  But don't sit there for three weeks reading things into it when you're dealing with guys.  Just deal with it or ignore it.

  3. Yes, I believe that your deduction is correct.  He seems to be enamored with you and is attempting to express that feeling by his activities on that site.
