I feel sad and don't know why?

idk why I'm just sad for no reason. why could this be?

i get that way alot. its called malncholy, but the best ways to stop feeling is lonely for me is hearing somes voice, call a old friend, a family member, maybe even a local video store and ask them for an old favorite movie and go get out of the house and get  go home and watch it and think about why u likedthe movie or what  you were doing the first time u watched it. and if i get bored late at not i go to http://www.quizilla.com/quizzes  and i fill out  silly lil quiz and see what my answer say about me. it help pass the time.... also if u like playing games go to www.pogo.com they have many free fun games. i sometimes play for what feels like only a short while andreally a few hours past and i dont feel down or lonely. i hope this helps... I believe you have some ideas why you are sad. It's just that you can not exactly pin point the major cause.

Maybe you have a problem these past day that until now you have not yet found a solution. You think that you are okay but your inner being is still saddened for that fact that you are still in trouble.

Or Maybe you want to talk to a friend but you are tired of sharing the same problem to them. You fear that they will tell you "O man! you're so shallow!" for telling them several problems that they may not know how heavy these are.

Hope you find yourself in this guess that I gave so that you will know how to deal with your emotions.

Sometimes your brain needs to feel depressed.  I think our brain needs to feel a wide array of emotions, and if you don't give it the opportunity, then it will act on its own.  Sometimes I get depressed for absolutely no reason.  Just in case, make sure you get outside and get some sun.
