  1. Through sorrow one may discover deep wellsprings of joy within. Dig deep, feel through the pain level to the joy that lies just beneath the surface.


  2. Try working out, writing about your thoughts, talking to people....

    If you feel you are clinically depressed and need to be diagnosed, talk to a psychologist. For now, stick with eating more carbs, more fish, exercising, writing, and talking. All these will help.
