Details. Last night I could hardly sleep for I felt incredibly nauseated.

I vomited two times and felt no better.

I took pills. I took those chew able tablets.

I only feel better when I sit up straight in a relaxed position

but each time I stand up or look up I feel dizzy and A brown out usually occurs.

Whats wrong with me and what can I do?

Please Help.

I have a school meeting to go to.

  1. Stay in bed, you're sick.  Don't get everyone else sick because you have to go somewhere.

  2. There are many possibilities. Difficult to answer with very little facts.

Firstly however, you sound like you are panicking, there is really no need to.

I don't know what pills you took or how old you are but you should really make someone aware of it. I am going to assume you are a minor, in the hope you are not offended!

Hopefully you have a school nurse or similar on hand for you, please go and see. If not, a doctor.

A few things spring to mind, but it's important to see a medical proffessional:

      - that you are panicked/stressed by the school meeting and it is making you ill.

      - you have a stomach/intestinal bug

      - you have an infection in the inner ear which can cause dizziness and nausea

      - but also you could be aneamic but there could be other symptoms that you have but don't relate to it.

All of these thing are usually easily dealt with, but if you sit and do nothing about it, it will seem alot worse.

I hope you feel better soon.

  3. The best thing to do is rest, stay home, and call your doctor.

Don't go to the school meeting, you're obviously not well enough to make it. Call whoever is in charge, say you are ill and have to cancel, and apologize. They should understand.
