Okay, before you start suggesting that I could be pregnant, NOT possible. Or hangover... also NOT possible.

For the past month, I have been waking up with this really groggy, dizzy, slight headache sort of feeling. I get enough sleep, I go to bed at about 10pm and wake up at about 8.00am. I have never done drugs. I eat breakfast but it still doesn't stop the sick feeling.. but I do start to feel better at about 2pm and my energy starts to kick in.

I have had no energy lately in the mornings in particular.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

  1. Do you exercise?

It may be the one thing you need to get over your problem.

Take a half an hour walk at least three times a week and see how that works for you.

Also, it seems to me that you are sleeping too much. Too much sleep makes you feel sick and dizzy. How old are you? If you are an adult, you only need 8 hours of sleep. So try cutting down your sleep hours and see if this works.

  2. Do you drink much water? You could be dehydrated.

  3. your iron could be really low try taken an iron supplement

  4. doctor time?

  5. Do you eat something before bed that doesn't have time to digest or what not?

You may want to go to the doctor and get checked. That's not really common among people.

My gran was getting sick right in the morning for a while and having the same symptoms you're having. She had a really bad ear infection. Get checked soon!

  6. Anemia? (low iron levels can leave you feeling weak)

I would suggest going to your doctor.
