I woke up 3 hours earlier than usual, I had a light breakfast, skipped lunch, I had a heavy dinner, and then I went swimming for a little bit, then I had a drop in energy, and I tried to fall asleep but felt really thirsty, I felt sick like a stomach ache for about 5 minutes, and now I feel okay, but still thirsty and not as tired. Am I okay or am I dying...

And I probably feel thirsty from dinner...

  1. Dehydration is the probable culprit.  The Chinese food probably had a lot of salt, and that makes you thirsty.

    Most people don't drink enough water.  I think a culture that suggests that only water in a plastic bottle  is safe pushes people into an economic conundrum.  Find a way to get good, safe drinking water cheaply.  Most municipal water is safe (tap water).  If it is not where you live, or you are neurotic about tap water, get purified water by the gallon.  Water stores sell very safe water for about 25 cents per gallon.  You can bring it home and refill your Perrier or Fugi or whatever bottle and bring it with you.  Drink when you are not thirsty.  Pee a lot.  If your urine is always yellow, you are dehydrated.  At LEAST once a day you should pee colorless.

    I live in a rural area and enjoy groundwater pumped from a well for my entire household.  It is delicious, safe, and cheap.  I drink a lot of it.  But, my family is suspicious of it, so I go to the Water Mart and fill five gallon jugs.  Clean, pure water.  Easy as that!

One thing in our busy lives we must not forget to our peril.  You mentioned what you ate, light then heavy.  But how much did you drink?  It is very easy in summer to become dehydrated.  One of the main symptoms of not getting enough liquids each day is a feeling of dragging fatigue and sleeping problems like insomnia.  As one who forgot & ended up in hospital with tubes in arms for 4 days, please don't let that happen to you.
