I woke up 3 hours earlier than usual, I had a light breakfast, skipped lunch, I had a heavy dinner, and then I went swimming for a little bit, then I had a drop in energy, and I tried to fall asleep but felt really thirsty, I felt sick like a stomach ache for about 5 minutes, and now I feel okay, but still thirsty and not as tired. Am I okay or am I dying...
And I probably feel thirsty from dinner...
