  1. WELLL... obviously you are sick! sounds like the flu. Take some pain killers and rest. I'm sure you'll live.

  2. that happen to me today i felt dizzy to but am good now it will probably get rid of it tomorrow

  3. Hmm.. well, have you felt weird like you were going to get sick in the past day or two?  I don't think this could be the flu or you would be coughing... have you been coughing?  If anything, this could be one of those stubborn 24 hour viruses.  Until you can get to the doctor (please do so as soon as your parents get home), drink plenty of liquids such as water, and milk but not too much juice (you don't want too much acid in your stomach right now) and if you have an appetite at all, eat something warm like chicken/vegetable soup.

Have you eaten anything unusual yesterday?  Maybe it was food poisoning.  Just keep relaxin' till your parents get home and don't overwork yourself.  You shouldn't have gone to hockey practice, BUT you already did so don't worry about that.

Hope you feel better soon :)

  4. I think you exercised a little too much.

  5. maybe dehydration. try drinking lots of water and eating things with lots of fiber such as cereal, oatmeal...etc.

  6. if you have any gatorade or similar products int he house, dilute them 1 to 4 with water (1 part drink, 3 parts water) ...  keep cool and avoid aspirin or anything hard on the stomach (usually any pills) ... take tiny sips when your stomach can handle it ... this helps both nausea and dehydration ...  too much water will make you puke b/c the pH level is waaaaay too different from your stomach ...  clear soda helps sometimes, too ... tiny sips until the nausea goes away ...

nibble on saltines or make dry toast to nibble on ...

when your parents get home, see if they can get to a doctor or get some pedilyte or anti-nausea meds ...  some tylenol-flu can help if your stomach gets a little more settled ...

    feel better!

  7. you pushed your body too hard. You can't do something to stop you from throwing up. Actually, throwing up sometimes makes you feel better. Hope you feel better.

  8. you probably have a head cold and or are suffering from dehydration. drink plenty of water and eat some chicken noodle soup. other than that take it easy and get some rest.
