I feel so disgusting after I binge on food, so why do I keep doing it?

I have done it so much through out my life, so why do I keep doing it when I know the next day life will be h**l?

  1. i know how you feel. all you can do is try to get back on track and think about your ultimate goal if it is losing weight.  Never lose sight of the goal.  try to keep your mind occupied.  I have eaten badly the last two days but am finally eating better again.


  2. It sounds like you have an eating disorder, which means that this behaviour is out of your control.  

  3. You are using food as an outlet for something else that you are lacking in your life. You may have an addictive personality. Try cutting off the food and see what you turn to. But be very careful that it isn't worse then food...If it is, like dope or booze see a Dr. that specializes in addictions..
