I feel so grumpy lately......any ideas to get out of it?

not depressed... just grumpy.

any ideas to help pull me out of this funk?

  1. IS IT YOUR PERIOD? I KNOW THIS HAPPENS TO A LOT OF GIRLS, IM SORT OF AN EXPERT ON GIRLS.


  2. Take a bubble bath and while you're at it, search your brain for the root of these feelings.

    Was it someone who disrespected you?

    Missed the bus?

    Someone ruined the project you have been working on for the past two and a half weeks?

    You broke your diet?

    Everything went wrong that day?

    And once you find the cause you'll find how funny it is that sometimes we take our anger out on everyone, even though it has nothing to do with the original cause. People who do not deal with anger right away make it worse. Don't be one of those people!

    Watch a comedy, do some yoga, call up a friend, go volunteer somewhere, take a dog for a walk, cuddle a cat, draw a picture, listen to some fun music and dance... the possibilities are endless!

  4. You haven't really explained what you mean.What are you grumpy about? Consider what is happening in your life and get more specific if you want advice.

  5. I am right there with you sister, I feel my life is in black and white. "Single"  mother tend to have this problem. Maybe we should look into support networks LOL IDK.
