  1. go to your favorite teacher and tell him/her how you feel try to open up more. people will listen and will accept you! give it time. dont commit suicide though!

  2. All five fingers are not the same. Dont compare yourself with kids who do better. You can strive hard todo well

on your own. Try, dont worry about the result. You may not be good at studies, cultivate hobbies and sports in which you are interested, try to excel in those areas. In this world all are not born genius, there are different levels of mental development, remember, you are meant to do well in some other field besides studies. take it easy. talk to your parents or siblings , switch to another school of mediocre students. , you are going to live long and realise

what you are feeling today is only a temporary phase in life.

  3. Make a decision to do your own thinking and have control over your attitude. That means deciding to conquer the negativity that is going on around you. Think of what you can do today and how you will react that will make a difference to your life instead of allowing people and situation to dictate.

Associate or mix around with people who can provide something of value. Avoid those who sap your energy and motivation. If you can't avoid them, or don't want to, learn how not to let them get you down.

Start saying positive things especially about yourself. How you communicate to yourself affects your thinking and your emotions, as well as your self-esteem.

Try new things. Experiencing a wide variety of life in a positive light will do wonders. Something as simple as trying the mussels in a resteraunt can lead to new tastes and different sensations.

Read more. Read about how those people who fought fear with courage and succeeded in life. Through reading, you will gain new knowledge and understanding and it will help you clear whatever is blocking your thinking and create more ideas.

Set goals no matter how impossible it may seem at the moment. Keep yourself busy working on them. Once you reach one, you will get inspired. With each goals achieved no matter how small, you will gain confidence and your self-esteem will increase.

Change your mental pictures. What and how you see yourself and your surroundings make a difference to your thinking. You are visualizing or imagining something at every waking hour. Start to change your old internal disempowering pictures with images of something that you wish to experience.

Start questioning yourself on your behavior and attitude. Ask yourself why you are resisting or producing the habits or attitudes that you dislike. Stop each time you catch yourself in a circumstance that bring about negativity and doubts.

You can't always control events in your life but you can control what you choose to think and feel about them. You can choose to look at things positively or otherwise. You decide.

  4. you will only make yourself more depressed if you think like that, instead try and do the things that you enjoy, think about the positive things that happen to you, spend time with your parents if they are supportive and try and talk to people at school, be nice to them and you will probably start to make friends.

and do not get into any of that moody teenager sub culture, dont start lisstening to music with lyrics that talk about how bad every thing is, or start wearing black all the time, this is what alot of youths do they seem to think that by doing it they can be with peple who understand them because they have the same problems but all they realy do is make you worse they simply reafirm all of your negative thoughts.

  5. omg please don't kill yourself!!

You have such a long life ahead of you! I had a hard time at school too however I just focused on the best parts, subjects I liked and getting through it all and now I'm fine.

At school, you always have your morons. Just ignore them. You're a nice kid and you'll be okay, however first I recommend talking to your teachers or parents about your situation.

It is clearly one of the hardest :'(

I wish you the best of luck James

  6. First of all, please talk to an adult about your suicidal thoughts. They will be able to help you and provide you with the support you need.

As for as school is concerned, you have to make the decision to try and get better grades. If that means studying for an extra hour a night, going to the library, or getting a tutor, then so be it. Sometimes teachers can be very busy and don't realize when one of their students need help, so speak up and let them know. If you're shy, then just ask them before or after class.

You'll see, before you know it you'll be back on track. There's so much to live for, Sweetie. Don't give up hope. :)
