i know im a little over weight, more so in my stomach and on my sides( love handles) i think its caused by my dad and stepmom constantly saying OMG ur eating to fast or you can't have that it not good for YOU! and i just want a couple good excerises to do to help:) i eat pretty good and im not a big fan of candy. i just wanna go to my dads and say HA whatcha gunna say now!
