I feel tension in my back ,how do I relax those muscles? how to relax whole body?

  1. It might sound a little nutty, but my physio recently told me to get a golf ball, put it on the floor and lie down on it. Roll it around until it's on a spot on your back that really hurts, and relax and do some deep breathing until it doesn't hurt anymore (~10 mins). Then move the ball to the next spot that hurts, and do it again. It really relieves tension, although it hurts quite a bit initially.
