Question:

I feel terrible when I wake up in the morning. Really terrible. Can hardly get out of bed, why is this?

  1. you need to ask yourself if theres anything in ur life thats making u depressed... it could also be a sign of poor diet or anaemia for example...or maybe that u grind ur teeth in ur sleep

  3. you say your getting plenty of sleep, but how deep are you sleeping. maybe your not entering REM sleep which helps your body repair itself. if that isnt it, i would suggest going to the doctor b/c it could be early signs of depression or anxiety. though your not consciously thinking of anything stressful, it could be there without you knowing it.

  5. Maybe deep down in your brain you're suffering from depression, or even anxiety....or maybe subconsciously you're really tired

    Talk to a friend about it, it's probably nothing and will go away in time.


  6. Look at your job? Do you hate it? What have you got to face during the day/ Are you happy about it?  If they are OK it must be something else. The obvious one is do you drink heavily and suffer a hangover. Are you overweight and get no exercise.  If it is non of these i would suggest you make an appointment for a proper check up.      

  7. you might be holding your breath in your sleep and starving yourself of oxygen, do you sleep better sitting in a chair than you do in bed? If you are heavy this can cause your airway to close when lying on your back and you might be waking up constantly thus disturbing your sleep. Try sleeping with extra pillows so you are in a raised position and not flat on your back.

  8. Try going to bed half hour earlier each night until u wake up feeling refreshed and that is the ideal time for you to go to bed

  9. make sure you are eating a healthy diet, exercising enough, and drinking enough water. your body could just need some of this stuff.

  10. i feel like that too, i feel like i need more sleep.
