I feel terribly fat... if i drink a lot of water will it make me throw up?

i just ate a taco, a bunch of wheat thins, a box of pocky, and drank an AMP... but i have a pretty strong gag reflex as i've just noticed...

and i can't make myself throw up with one, two or three fingers.

and i can't gag myself with a toothbrush either.

i just cough and spit... i can't throw up.

do you think if i drink a few glasses of water i could throw up?

    It sounds like you have the binge and purge of a BULIMIC

    and bulimia can really hurt you. It can tear up your esophagus and erode your teeth. I have known bulimics who have had to have surgery to reverse the effect of throwing up for so long.

    please don't even start.

    it is a terrible path once to decide to go down it.

  3. Don't make your self throw up, do you know that can make you really sick and eventually die?

  4. Try drinking water upside down. It will force ur body to push it against gravity making everything come out with it.

  8. throwing up is a BAD way to lose weight. The acid in your stomach can tear up your throat, mess up your teeth, and give you awful breath.

    just take diet pills / stop eating instead.

    honestly, when i feel fat .. i do lots of crunches and ab excercises, or go for a walk/jog

    making yourself throw up is just stupid and un necessary

  12. u can try just lay down on your bed and relax and watch a movie or take a nice hot bath or heating pad on your stomach it will make it more comfortable hope this helps a lilttle

    GET TO A GYM AND QUIT EATING FOOD THAT WILL MAKE YOU FAT AND INSTEAD EAT A BALANCED MEAL, EXCERIZE AND DO SOME MEDITATION!!!!

    If you do it a few times, you will become addicted to it and become bulimic. I did a report on it and you can die from even throwing up, the acid in your stomach comes up and burns your throat and your mouth. Don't throw up, please! If you want to lose weight watch what you eat maybe at like the morning you eat cereal and then at like 1:30 eat a little something an then at 3:30 you can eat really well. And at 6:00 eat dinner and don't eat after that. And try to exercise at night or in the morning. Just lose weight healthily. It's really bad to make yourself throw up. Hope you listen to us and don't throw up.

    It doesn't seem like you ate all that much. Don't stress about it. We all have days where we eat a lot but dwelling on it does'nt help. So please don't throw up.

  23. You shouldn't jog.  A slow walk around the block would help.  However, next time you feel like binging, drink a couple glasses of water slowly beforehand to make yourself feel fuller faster and, consequently, eat less.

    PLEASE DO NOT THROW UP.

    Contrary to popular belief, most of your 'belly fat' is mainly water retention, so you'll look even more fat if you drink a lot of water and don't eat food.

    Even so, if you feel fat, do some exercise, go for a jog. You must of heard of Michael Phelps, right? He eats 12,000 calories a day. 12,000! So think about this, if he can eat that much, and still stay thin, why is that?

    It's because he exercises!

    Just exercise, drink water (not too much, of course), and you'll feel a lot better.

    Also, there are many bad side effects to throwing up, for example, the acid in your stomach comes out when you throw up, and it destroys your teeth.
