I mean is it even fall yet? It's about 70...maybe a little less in my house, and I'm wearing jeans, socks, a t-shirt and a sweater over that but I still feel freezing. It was even worse yesterday, as it was warmer that day and I was wearing really thick knee high socks, thick pj pants, a t-shirt and a really thick sweater, with the hood on, and a blanket wrapped around me and I still felt cold. I felt a little sick yesterday. Kind of dizzy with a little bit of a head ache, and it hurt my chest slightly when I took a deep breath, and my stomach felt odd, but today I feel pretty much fine. Maybe very minimal dizziness but that's it....any idea what's wrong with me? It's only been for the past two days. Why am I freezing if I don't feel that sick?

  1. It could be iron deficiency or an anemia of some kind. Try eating beef and potatoes, they're rich in iron. If that doesn't help, look up anemia and maybe see a doctor.

  2. It is possible itcould be a thyroid condition, as it regulates body temperature.
