At school lately, I feel as though I really need to be the smartest student in the class, or at least in my grade. I feel very selfish. I want to be happy for others and just be like everyone else. I really want to change what is happening but it's just one of those things where you just can't.

  1. Sounds like you are being real hard on yourself... just wooooosaaaaahhhhhhh... aiming to be great is not a problem, but when you stress yourself about it, then its a problem.  Make friends talk to people, but you still do what you have to do to get your grades... nothin is impossible... you can change... pray about it... and chill...

    hope this helps...

  2. Your drive is good... just try not to stomp others down. If anything, start being helpful and tutoring... but don't be a jerk about it...

  3. That's good! You're not being selfish at all. All those kids have the same intent as you do ... or at least I think they do. Shoot, a year ago when I was still a senior I have always wanted to be the best in my grade ... but ends up I ditched all the time what not. I graduated with 0.65 gpa and 4 F's and a D. Sounds miraculous? It's a long story. Anyway you're doing a great job. Your parents will love you more for that and if you end up in a 4-year college right away ... oh boy that's good stuff. Anyway just try hard in school and don't fail your parents ... and me!!
