I had my first daughter last month with c-section. Everything was fine at hospital and I do breastfed and formula both. When I feel warm also feel tiredness. And I sometime have "restless arm(not leg)".

Is it because of hormone?? Or because I haven't sleep good(u know cuz of baby)

  1. It's probably a combination of both, fatigue and hormones.  I wouldn't worry but bring it up at your 6 week visit, sooner if it gets worse.

    Congrats!

  2. I was also warm all the time for most of the 5 1/2 months that I breastfed my baby.  My husband thought something was wrong because I usually would always be colder than him, but it eventually went away.

  3. I had that too, the nurses at the hospital told me to expect "hot flashes" a couple of days after birth do to your hormones readjusting to not being pregnant anymore.
