  1. Wow. A wet floor in the garden department? How unusual. Was the sky blue that day, too?

  2. You can't watch where your walking and you want someone else to pay for your negligence?

  3. if there were signs up your not going to win nothing even with a lawyer. Most likely wont anyways considering it the garden department. What other than water would be on the floor there

  4. I think its ridiculous that you can actually win a law suit.  Go ahead.  Help drive prices up for all of us.

  5. Aren't there signs posted about how there is water on the floor? I mean... it's common sense to watch for water in a garden section...

I think suing would be a little irresponsible.

  6. ~~You need to file a claim with Target immediately (they should have had you do this before you left), in case you need medical treatment. They would handle the costs should you need any. If you didn't fill one out, then go in and talk to the manager and get one completed. You may feel fine today, but may hurt terribly tomorrow. You don't need a lawyer just to get them to give you medical treatment.~~

  7. Get a lawyer and sue but make sure you were not at fault by ignoring signs warning of wet conditions. Did you incur medical expenses? Did you put the store on notice ? Have you witnesses to the fall ? Were you hospitalized ? Were x-rays taken of your injuries ? You know you are responsible for being a klutz. You saw the wet floor.
