I fell in love with someone who doesnt give a hoot....?

Question

So basically I was "f-buddies" and a "low-end" sugar daddy to a 17-year-old twink every day for 2 months. I'm in my twenties.

(16 is age-of-consent in michigan)

To make a long story short, I fell in love with him.

He was then court-ordered to attend rehab for weed, and placed in foster care for 3 months.

I've always been clean/sober my entire life.

Now he is distancing himself from me BIG time and basically is giving me hints to "f-off" and ignoring me making me a low priority.

Obviously my heart is broken.

Is it 100% over .....or is there a chance when he gets out of foster care he might contact me again?

Honestly? It seems like he's making a conscious effort NOT to talk to you- so chances are that it is over. However, I've quickly learned that you can never say never... I would try my best not to worry about him... live your life as if he wasn't there and then if he does contact you in the future, you can deal with it as you will...It's best to not have expectations in situtations that you don't have control over, that way if it goes your way it's just a nice surprise and if it doesnt- than you haven't wasted time feeling bad... MMMM .....maybe..... it is hard to say..Maybe he doesnt want rehab to know and then make him rehabilitate and change his feelings toward you and being g*y ..... then again he may have just cooled off....anyone's guess is as good as mine or yours...Just keep trying as anyone in love does...it is not unusual that things like this happen...Its called life.
