I fell is my baby ok?

About 30 minutes ago i fell on my side and im about 2 months pregnant i havent had any pains or anything i feel fine but im still worried about my baby is it okay? Im freaking out

i think ur baby is fine....ur body n the fluid inside ll take care of the baby..

to ease your mind go to the ER and find out but usually if your cramping or bleeding then that's a BAD sign but since you're not i think you and your baby are ok. my mom wiped out while 5 months preg with me in the kitchen after the mopped and i came out ok but before that with my sister she fell down a flight of stairs while she was 7 months preg and she came out ok too but she went to the dr. for that even though she wasnt cramping or bleeding and they told her as long as you're not bleeding or cramping you should be ok

Your baby is fine, the baby is surrounded by the sac, and is far down right now.  I would try not to worry about it, I know easier said then done.  Falls are the most common cause of minor injury during pregnancy.  Most falls during pregnancy fortunately do not result in serious injuries to mom or baby.  As your body changes and your center of gravity changes during pregnancy falls become more likely. I found on http://www.letstalkbabies.com/index.php/...  it said If you do take a fall during pregnancy call your doctor.  Often your doctor will want to examine you to ensure there has been no harm to the baby and to make sure you are alright as well.

I fell and so I went to the ER - My husband thought that I was fine and he didn't want to take me. So I took myself the next morning - early when it was not busy.

I did not have cramps or bleeding so that was good - they gave me an ultrasound to make sure my babys' heart was still beating and they made sure that she was still connected to the placenta - she was!

Cramps and bleeding are bad signs - Thankfully it sounds like you are fine.  For your peace of mind I would go to the ER.
