I fell on my elbow, it has swelled up like a golf ball?

I can move my arm in every way, could it be broken if I can move it all around?

no the good news is ur arm isnt broken if you can move it like you say you can ,

it might just be a really bad hit you got , hense the swelling

keep an  eye on it tho , anything you think isnt right go get checked out .

Probably olecranon bursitis, or elbow bursitis.  Very common elbow impact injury.  It will go away on its own after a few months, as the fluid in the bursa is absorbed.  Meanwhile, it probably won't bother you much except it will feel annoying, like it's in the way every time you put your arm down on something or try to prop up on your elbow.

If it really bothers you, you can go to a doctor to get it drained, but you will spend a lot of money for something that will eventually resolve itself anyway, and if you get it drained there is always the risk of infection caused by the needle.
