I felt dizzy for an entire day and I went to the hospital the next day and nothing was wrong with me. Should I lay off worrying? I can't sleep because I think something is wrong...I felt no dizziness today or yesterday.

  1. it could be low blood pressure

  2. U NEED SUGAR

  3. It can be many things.   Firstly make sure that you are drinking enough water and eating 3 meals a day.  Aside from that try and remember what you do through out the day and how you feel.  If this happens again that will help the doc figure out what wrong with you if anything.

  4. its mite be migraines they usually do that

  5. your fine i used to get dizzy randomly but i just figured that i was tired bucause it mostly happened towards the end of the day rather than when i just get up. ( of coarse when i get up im alittle disoreinted cause well i just woke up) but no worries.

  6. It seems to me that you are fine. Sometime's diziness or lightheadedness can be caused by a number of things.. ranging from what we ate or drank that day,  number of hours slept or even the weather if its warm out... Since this is an isolated case I would stop worring about it .

  7. You could have a low blood pressure. Eat something and drink some water.

  8. you could have just had a 24 hour bug, that happened to me once. I was really dizzy all day, and then the next day i was compleatly fine.

  9. Have you ever had your sugar checked? That will make you dizzy if it is low. I was dizzy for several days and found out I had an inner ear infection. I would not worry unless it keeps up.
