  1. humm.... couldnt hurt to drink more water. and as long as you didnt drink the pool water i dont see how it being chlorinated would matter. but drink more water and take your multi vitamins and youll be fine. (the multi vites have nothing to do with it but its a good idea if your going to start working out)

  2. You have to remember to keep "breathing" and not hold your

breath. Dehydration is a factor, but check with your doctor.

  3. This could be down to you inhaling chlorine gas.  Was the water you were swimming in chlorinated?

Exposure to extremely high levels of pure chlorine gas can cause lung collapse and death. Exposure to high levels can cause pulmonary edema, rapid breathing, wheezing, blue coloring of the skin, vomiting, anxiety, accumulation of fluid in the lungs, severe eye and skin burns, loss of vision, and lung pain.

Exposure to low levels of pure chlorine gas is irritating to the respiratory tract, eyes, and skin. Exposure can cause sore or swollen throat, coughing, choking, sneezing, pneumonia, chest tightness and pain, headache, dizziness, watery eyes, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, skin blisters and irritation, difficulty breathing, and pain or burning in the stomach, nose, eyes, ears, lips, or tongue.

If your skin touches pure liquid chlorine, you can get frostbite.

Some people may develop an inflammatory reaction to chlorine called reactive airways dysfunction syndrome, a type of asthma.

If you think you have been exposed to pure chlorine or chlorine gas, contact your health care professional.

  4. It's the combination of the lack of oxygen and lack of water...

i was a swimmer for a couple of years, and let me tell you...

Swimming for forty five minutes messes up your mind and your breathing, not to mention the lack of water...the two make for an easy dizziness and can make you feel faint.

Trust me, taking a break every fifteen minutes is the best thing for your body when you swim. One, it helps build muscle because it trains your body to tense and relax, and two, it allows your muscles and brain to get oxygen to them.

If you feel faint or dizziness still, lay down and breath deeply through your nose and out the mouth...oxygen is key to keeping your body from freaking out...

    Good Luck!!

    remember:

take a break every fifteen minutes for air, and a sip of water every half hour....not too much though, it will give you cramps

    God Bless!! :)

  5. It may Have been that but you might just not be eating enough. Eat more protine and potassium.

  6. This happens to me all the time. If it gets really bad tell your coach you want to stop and breathe/rest. Or if you don't have a coach then you just need to stop for a bit. Like I said this happens to me all the time and I still am fine, but I honestly don't know why it happens.

  7. its either 2 things because ii swim and ii feel the same way after i get out of the water when i swim alot of laps for my swim team...its either that ut  going really really fast in the water that u feel the speed when you get out...or maybee you need 2 get out of shape if you think that its dehydration bring a water bootttle alot of girls on my swim team bring one because they get dehydrated quicly
