  1. Yes YOU ARE.

    Be patient.

If you filed later you might get yours in July sometime then.

    So be patient.

My sister just got hers a couple days ago she filed late too.

    It just might be that.

I think you can track your stimulus check online.

  2. It depends. You need to have at least $3000 of qualifying income.

  3. Net self employment income is qualifying income for the stimulus payments.  IF you meet all the qualifications, you should get a check.

  4. If you filed your 2007 tax return and have eligible income of $3000 (1099-misc income does count), then you will get the rebate check.

In the first lot only those whose return was processed by April 15, 2008 are getting the rebate.

Go to www.irs.gov. Click Where is my Refund? Then click Status of my Stimulus Rebate.

For information on stimulus tax rebate read: http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/04/list...

  5. You will get the rebate check when you get it.  Never count on money that is not in your account.  Be patient.

BTW, who did you file the 1099 on?  Did you pay cash to someone that did services for you?

  6. Yes, but if you're expecting a paper check, the schedule is based on the last two digits of your ss number.  Below is a list of when they should be sent out.

    00 – 09  May 16

    10 – 18 May 23

    19 – 25 May 30

    26 – 38 June 6

    39 – 51June 13

    52 – 63 June 20

    64 – 75 June 27

    76 – 87July 4

    88 – 99 July 11

  7. If you paid income taxes, you qualify for a stimulus check.

However, payment you made for Social Security or Medicare taxes (self-employment taxes) do not qualify your return for a stimulus payment.

You would have to have net earnings of $3,000 in order to get a stimulus payment.

If your expenses reduced your net earnings below $3,000 you will receive no stimulus payment even though you paid self-employment taxes.
