I filed H1VISA thru consultent. As of now i din't got status.Is there any away toget status of my application?

I filed H1B visa thru consultent. But he is saying he still get any status on my application (acceptence/rejection). Is there any way to get the status of my application. What is the useval cut of time for picking applications?

You should have gotten a receipt notice not long after the petition was filed.  Whoever filed it for you should have it and he/she is supposed to send it to you.  On the receipt notice there is a case number that you can use to go on uscis.gov and check on your status.  

If you have not gotten the notice from the homeland security for longer than 2 months, there's something wrong and you need to confront the "consultant".  

By the way, improve your English, it's embarrassingly bad.
