I filed a complaint in the fair housing foundation about descrimination,am i gonna get in trouble with that?

as far as i'm the complainant. are they gonna ask me to go to the court?

Someone from the housing foundation will call you to investigate. Why would you get in trouble? You were the one that filed the complaint. If you have a legitimate complaint the person or apt. you filed against will be the ones in trouble. You will not see a courtroom at all unless you want to sue them for $$$$. Stand up for your rights if you were discriminated against!

Retaliation for filing a complaint is against the law in and of itself and is grounds for another complaint.
