I filed for I130 for my spouse when i had a Green Card. Now Im a US citizen, how do i upgrade the status?

How do i upgrade my change of status with USCIS. I realize i need to file for I485 for her? In the form I485, Under Application type, which box do i need to check.

Also, would i need to file another I130 for her, now that im a US Citizen. My spouse is in US, and so am I.

Id appreciate the responses.

Communication is the universal solvent. You need to communicate the change to the immigration office that approved the I-130 in writing.

Do not file another I-130. Refer to your receipt number in all written correspondence with CIS.

You do not file an I-485, your wife does. It's an application type A. The first block. She needs to check the first block.
