  1. Well, there's always "praying" of course, but that doesn't have much impact. I think you really need to talk to an accounting firm, they are specialists in this sort of thing and can give you the best answers for the IRS.. PLUS, they know your own state laws...I don't.

  4. Nope, your right to your refund expired when it was 3 years late.

  5. There is no three years statue limitation to file your tax return. But you will not get any tax refund. If you owe taxes, you must pay interest and penalty.

  6. The only thing you can do is learn from your mistake.  Most people make it by the next April 15, let alone three extra years.
