I had 9 hypospadias operations until the age of 17, and I started having s*x just before my last operation. I remember I used to be able to ejaculate at will, now I find it really hard to ejaculate, and sometimes I can't maintain an erection unless its being masturbated. It seems that I can only ejaculate by masturbating but the longer I do it the more cuts I get on my scar tissue on my p***s. I think a number of things contribute to my not being able to ejaculate or get turned on and the only time I have no problem is when I self m********e when I'm on my own looking at p**n (even then I have difficulty ejaculating).

I guess I have a number of problems, would someone tell me where I can go for help.

  1. start by not having s*x or masturbating for a few days, then ur good n horney-  watch p**n with ur girl. find something she likes too so she wont get jealous or something. u need to get her off first, get some good forplay goin, make her happy. then have her strip for you or makeout or whatever well you m********e,  me n a ex used to m********e together, was SSOO hot once she had a popsicle n, u get the idea.  make sure she understands its not her fault, that theres nothing wrong with her. if she understands shel be more then willing to go with it n drive you crazy

  2. I think you could use alot of lube when having s*x to help you keep from hurting your scar tissue and why not watch p**n while you are having s*x.?

  3. Sounds like, in addition to scar tissue, you could have some nerve damage.  For help, you should see a specialist for men's urinary and/or sexual problems.  Start with a urologist and see if he can help or refer you to someone who can.

Good luck, and don't break your wrist...
