  1. ask someone you trust to keep your money safe! tell them to hide it and not let you near it no matter how much you beg them!!

  2. Go to a bank and open up a savings account, get them to arrange a standing order to go into your savings account on the day after your pay goes into your current account, whether or not this is weekly fortnightly or monthly doesn't matter. Ask for a savings account without a card so that you aren't tempted to spend the money before your holiday, there are several savings accounts available where you can restrict your access so that you physically are not allowed to withdraw for x number of months or years, this might not be suitable if you need to withdraw periodically to pay for flights, insurance, etc..

  3. Don't go to a store that would put you in the compromising position that you'd want to buy something! If you have to, {ex: going with a friend} leave your money at home or set a spending limit} good luck! :)

  4. You have to spend more time at home with pc lol.... Or you walk on the streets without looking at the shops and you will surely resist. Go out for other things not for shopping if you haven't money also when you don't go out for holidays. Then money aren't important only for clothes.

  5. Well this is what my aunt did when she was in your situation:-

She had a major clear out with her best friend to help, all you really need is 3 suitcases (one for winter, summer and inbetween) the equivalent of what you'd take on holiday. Stay away from the shops for a while (until you've saved enough) and only shop when you must get food!

  6. For clothes try Consignment Clothing Store. You can find top brands at very low prices.Every city has one.The way it works is people usualy well to do people bring there clothes there and if there clothes are sold they get a percentage of it and the store gets the rest. And they also have other things there besides clothes.

    Happy Clothe Hunting : )

  7. Make yourself a budget and stick to it. You have a goal you just need to get to it! Avoid shops for entertainment, if you are bored do something that won't cost any money and when you are tempted remember that the money you are going to spend on clothes could be going to your holiday! It really boils down to your willpower and how much you really want to go on that holiday. You must learn to say NO!

  8. put it in the bank!
