it is an email id of a lady. her name is francis boamah,she has mother and a brother. father left them. she send me her photographs . i want to know this addressee is a lady or not.we have only exchanged photos. i asked her to come in front of a webcam. she told me that there is no webcam in thier nearest cafe's. and there are only five computers

I am an American living in Ghana.  Sadly, there are a lot of scams going on.  If your friend says there is no webcam where she is, it is possible if she is not living in a major city.  Where does she say that she lives, if in Accra, which suburb?
