I finish my b.pharm from india & if i will get addmission in pharm.d so after that i need to give fpgee..?

If you get a U.S. PharmD, than no, you won't need to take the FPGEE.  Most U.S. pharmacy schools do not accept international students.  They will also not give you any credit for previous classes.  You would have to complete the prereqs and some require that the prereqs be taken in the U.S.
