MBA or ME is a not a difficult question but the institution where u plan to study matters. I had the same questions in my mind too when i finished my B.Tech. My choice would be ME for you. I did my M.Tech. If you are confident that you will get a ME in IIM, u can surely go abt it.

On the other perspective, it depends on what sort of job u would like to settle with. If you are interested in Research, or teaching or Ph.D from abroad, you could choose ME. If you like to do more management based jobs like Marketing, or Managerial jobs, choose MBA........Good Luck.....
