I finished the game pokemon ranger the first one but i wont get the ranger net?

i try looking every website but all it say is beat the game.

The last time I played Ranger was last year. I forgot almost everything i knew. But anyways, i think Ranger Net is the place where you have special missions right? And i am presuming that u beat all the other missions and got onto Rank 10. If thats true then in order to get into Ranger Net, you need a special password. it depends what version you have.
