just press the I think its Zoom Button ( second button from the top, ( see from the right to left, the button next to power button) and simulatneously press the volume (-) key. But remember you need to press both the keys simulatneously to come out of the password. Please reply that if you resolve your issue my friend, I myself use Onida tv in home.

Try unplugging the power cable, plug it back in and hold down the power button.  Sometimes this will reset the older TV styles.  It may also reset the password to the model number or all zero's

I don'y know this brand of TV, but I do know that with other brands of TVs you can unplug the TV for 15 minutes. When you restart the TV, they force you through the first time setup menus and you usually can input a new password at that time. Good luck.
