I forgot I had ordered Norton Internet Security 2008 upgrade on May 17th, I had not installed it I think and then today went to install another Norton AntiVirus 2008 upgrade today, I have confirmation of both but cant install, I think one is blocking the other, I'M NOT VERY GOOD AM i, AT LEAST WITH COMPUTERS, HELP, HELP
