there eyes turn "black as pitch" compared to there usual gold or red. red if they hunt humans and gold if they hunt animals. Emmett's favorite thing to eat is grizzly bears. Edward(amazingg!)'s is moutain lions. Edward was born in 1901. Hope that helps! Yay for twilight fans! :)

Vampires are never technically hungry, for they cannot eat anything except for blood. Then their eyes turn maroon. Since neither Emmett nor Edward can actually eat, I would guess that Emmett's favorite "food" would be animal blood, and Edward's would definately be Bella's blood. Edward's birth date is June 20, 1901.
