  1. um..you obviously were able to get on line to Yahoo Answers to ask this question so you must've remembered your password....


  2. Use the PCLoginNow tool -- its open source and freeware:

    http://www.pcloginnow.com/

    Download the ISO image from their website and burn it on a CD-R or CD-RW and boot from that CD.

    Afterwards you can reset the admin account password. From there on, make additional changes to your account after you login.
