when you log in there should be thing blow where you put your password in and it should say forgot password?

then click on it and do what it tells you to do like state your date of birth then put it

When you go to sign into the yahoo front page, click on "forgot password", it will take  you thru a series of questions, and if they match with the same as when you created the account, yahoo will give you a new password.

If you don't remember your information, then you will NOT be able to get your account back.

You will have to make a new one.
