    There is a way to hack this, but will the hack is permanent an you cannot revert it back, thereby causing you to lose Windows upgrades and prevent security updates. It also increase the risk of your system coming under attack and certain applications may not work.

    As far as I know, if you forgot your password and don't know the answer to your secret question, then you are locked out.
