I forgot the log in to my computer, i can't get into my computer, can someone tell me how can i get in it??

I messed up my computer, i was playing with it the other day and for some reason i lucked it, now when i turn it on, the welcome screen LOG ON appears and i don't even know the ID or password since the computer was giving to me

Get some one to format it completely adn install Windows Xp again, you will loose all the information you had, but at least you will be able to keep using it, if you don't know how to get cheap Xp installations disks, look on ebay, if you leave near El Paso, TX, I can do it (it's my job).
